How do our e-design packages work? Clarity package consists of a single online consultation. Refresh and Polished packages follow the simple steps below.
STAGE 01.
Once you have purchased your package, you will receive a questionnaire to help us understand your needs.
We will arrange a video welcome call
(75 to 90mins) to get to know you, your space, your visions and design expectations for your project.
STAGE 02.
Having listened carefully to your requirements, we will start working on designing the space of your dreams!
STAGE 03.
Your personalised, digital design package will be delivered directly to your inbox,
followed by an online presentation explaining further details.
There is an opportunity for 1 design revision at this stage if required.
STAGE 04.
The completed design presentations, along with suggested shopping guides are then yours to share with your trade teams to execute!
2-3 weeks support is available for any queries you may have.
